About the Program
The iCSEP Program is a unique ACTIVEclassTM compliant practical, experience-based In-College-Students Entrepreneurship NPQTM Program based on the principle of impacting entrepreneurial SEEKTM (skills, expertise, experience, and know-how) through active engagement and practice.
An In-College-Entrepreneur is someone who sets up their Business or Startup while still in College/School or soon after completing or dropping out of College/School. They are more likely to conceive their Viable Business Idea while in College/School, with some of them going ahead and setting up their Business while still in College/School, with others commencing their entrepreneurial journey by Founding their Startup business soon after completing College/School. Many In-College-Entrepreneurs are known to have dropped out of College or School to start their Businesses and become successful Entrepreneurs.
This NPQTM Program is designed to provide intensive entrepreneurial immersion training in Entrepreneurship SEEKTM development for the next generation of In-College Entrepreneurs aspiring to set up and build their Business Enterprises in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRETM) while still in College or soon after leaving College.
As an NPQTM program, the iCSEP is not a paper qualification (certificate/diploma) based program where participants work towards getting a paper qualification at the end of the Program through taking and passing required course assignments, tests, or exams and getting grades for them. Your qualification on the iCSEP is Your Startup Business.
The expectation is that the In-College-Entrepreneurs would have conceived the idea for their Startup Business before enrolling on the iCSEP Program and may have either set up the Business before joining the Program or have the intention to set up the Business during the Program or soon after completing the Program.
This is an NPQTM (No Paper Qualification) Program
No Paper Qualification on Completion of the Program

The iCSEP Program is targeted at Prospective In-College-Entrepreneurs who are yet to commence Business and are aspiring to start their Startup Business as a Founder or Co-Founder while still in College/School or soon after completing or dropping out of College/School.
The iCSEP Program is ACTIVEclassTM compliant whereby the instructional delivery approach is designed to facilitate, support, and empower the active engagement of the Program Participants (Learners) in the process of developing and acquiring their Program-specific SEEKTM
The ACTIVEclassTM philosophy underlying iCSEP is based on a paraphrased quote partially attributable to Confucius, the Chinese Philosopher: “Tell Me, and I Forget; Teach Me, and I May Remember; Involve Me, and I Learn; (Get Me To Do It and I will Know It)”. The iCSEP Program, therefore, lays ZERO emphasis on the Telling (Tell Me and I Forget), LESS emphasis on Teaching (Teach Me and I May Remember), MAJOR emphasis on Involving (Involve Me and I Learn), and MAXIMUM emphasis on Getting TO DO IT (Get Me To Do It and I will Know It)) aspects in delivering the Modules of the Program.
The LKDATM– Outcome ACTIVEclassTM Mode of Program Delivery
The ACTIVEclassTM Mode of Delivery of iCSEP lays less emphasis on teaching the Participants details of the entrepreneurial SEEKTM. Rather they are encouraged and empowered to acquire the relevant entrepreneurial SEEKTM through the innovative LKDATM (Learn, Know, Do, Acquire) approach practiced through the active engagement of Learners in a Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) process.
ACTIVEclassTM Learners on iCSEP are therefore encouraged and empowered to play an active-engagement role in contributing to their entrepreneurial SEEKTM development and acquisition process through actively engaging in the Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based Instructor-prescribed and Learner-Self-prescribed learner-initiative- intensity-activeness LKDATM-Outcome AATs (actions, activities, and tasks).
iCSEP is, therefore, a personal initiative intensity commitment (PIICTM)-based ACTIVEclassTM Program that expects its Participants to take full responsibility for their Learning, Knowing, Doing, and Acquiring (LKDATM) Outcomes relating to acquiring their entrepreneurial SEEKTM through activity-based Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD).
Already-in-Business and Prospective Future Entrepreneurs enrolled in this intensive and practical ACTIVEclassTM Entrepreneurship Program are encouraged and empowered to use their creative capabilities and abilities to create and contribute to the entrepreneurial SEEKTM they want and seek to acquire through active engagement Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based approach. The iCSEP Program is therefore designed to prepare, empower and encourage its Participants and Alumni to pursue the path of being job and wealth creators rather than job seekers after leaving College.
There are no entry requirements on the iCSEP Program, except that one is expected to have a burning desire and the determination to become an Entrepreneur and is willing to embrace the entrepreneurial mindset to put in the required efforts to be the Founder or Co-Founder of a Business Enterprise or Corporation while still in College or soon after completing or dropping out of College. One is also expected to adopt the personal initiative intensity commitment (PIICTM) active engagement Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based (LKDATM) Outcome approach to Learn, Do, Know, and Acquire the requisite entrepreneurial SEEKTM to set-up, manage, build and grow their Business in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRETM).
Those with some entrepreneurial or business background or qualifications and those with some prior entrepreneurial or business work experience in any of the fields of Business who aspire to become In-College-Entrepreneurs setting up and running the Business they Founded or Co-Founded may have some headstart on the iCSEP Program.
those without entrepreneurial or business backgrounds or qualifications and others without prior entrepreneurial or business work experience can still catch up on their entrepreneurial SEEKTM without difficulty on the iCSEP Program and become successful Entrepreneurs. The expectation is that what they lack on the entrepreneurial business background qualification or work experience side can be picked up easily on their iCSEP Entrepreneurship Journey and beyond.
The Business world is littered with successful Entrepreneurs without a business or entrepreneurial background who started the businesses they Founded or Co-Founded while still in College or soon after completing or dropping out of College. Famous examples of successful entrepreneurs who started as In-College-Entrepreneurs, without any business or entrepreneurial background are Bill Gates and Paul Allen, who dropped out of College, in this case, Harvard University, to cofound Microsoft Corporation; Steve Job and Steve Wozniak, also college dropouts, cofounded Apple Corporation. Also, Richard Branson and Nik Powell, the cofounders of Virgin Records, were school dropouts teenagers. Richard Branson became a famous Serial Entrepreneur founding over fifty Businesses with more than 200 distinct subsidiaries over the years managed under his Virgin Group of Companies.
There are others who also started as In-College-Entrepreneurs. Mark Zuckerberg co-founded Facebook in 2004 as a college dropout. Larry Page and Sergey Brin co-founded Google while they were PhD students at Stanford University. Jack Dorsey, the Founder of Twitter, dropped out of College to establish his company. WordPress was started in 2003 by College Freshmen Matt Mullenweg and Mike Little. Catherine Cook launched a company called MyYearbook, similar to Facebook but for high school while still at High School. MyYearbook later transformed into an app called MeetMe which she sold for one hundred million dollars. Corine Tan, at age 21, while still in College, Founded a Startup around Kona, a platform for helping remote managers. Steve Huffman and Alexis Ohanian Co-Founded Reddit in 2005 as College Freshmen. Reddit is a social news website and forum where content is socially curated and promoted by site members through voting.
All these successful Entrepreneurs who commenced their entrepreneurial journeys from their College dormitories started without entrepreneurial or business backgrounds or qualifications.
So, we have you covered if you belong to the category of those potential future In-College- Entrepreneurs who want to be successful Entrepreneurs in the 4IR Economy without the requisite entrepreneurial background or work experience to start with.
By all means, Join Us and succeed on the iCSEP Program.
