About the Program

The EBE Program is a unique ACTIVEclassTM compliant practical, experience-based entrepreneurship NPQTM program based on the principle of impacting entrepreneurial SEEKTM (skills, expertise, experience, and know-how) through active engagement and practice.

This NPQTM Program is designed to provide intensive entrepreneurial immersion training in Engineering-Business Entrepreneurship SEEKTM development for the next generation of Engineering-Business Entrepreneurs setting up and building their Engineering-Businesses in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRETM).

As an NPQTM program, the EBE Program is not a paper qualification (certificate/diploma) based program where participants work towards getting a paper qualification at the end of the Program through taking and passing required course assignments, tests, or exams and getting grades for them. Your qualification on the EBE Program is Your Engineering-Business Startup which one is expected to establish before enrolling on the Program or set up during the Program or startup after completing the Program.

The EBE Program is targeted at Prospective Engineering-Business Entrepreneurs yet to commence Business and aspiring to start their Startup Business as Founder or Co-Founder and get into Business.

The EBE Program is ACTIVEclass compliant whereby the instructional delivery approach is designed to facilitate, support, and empower the active engagement of the Program Participants (Learners) in the process of developing and acquiring their Program-specific SEEK
The ACTIVEclass philosophy underlying EBE is based on a paraphrased quote partially attributable to Confucius, the Chinese Philosopher: “Tell Me, and I Forget; Teach Me, and I May Remember; Involve Me, and I Learn; (Get Me To Do It and I will Know It)”.
The EBEProgram, therefore, lays ZERO emphasis on the Telling (Tell Me and I Forget), LESS emphasis on Teaching (Teach Me and I May Remember), MAJOR emphasis on Involving (Involve Me and I Learn), and MAXIMUM emphasis on Getting TO DO IT (Get Me To Do It and I will Know It)) aspects in delivering the Modules of the Program.

The LKDATM– Outcome ACTIVEclassTM Mode of Program Delivery

The ACTIVEclass Mode of Delivery of EBElays less emphasis on teaching the Participants details of the entrepreneurial SEEK. Rather they are encouraged and empowered to acquire the relevant entrepreneurial SEEK through the innovative LKDA (Learn, Know, Do, Acquire) approach practiced through the active engagement of Learners in a Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) process.
ACTIVEclass Learners/Participants on EBEare therefore encouraged and empowered to play an active-engagement role in contributing to their entrepreneurial SEEK development and acquisition process through actively engaging in the Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based Instructor-prescribed and Learner-Self-prescribed learner-initiative- intensity-activeness LKDA-Outcome AATs (actions, activities, and tasks).
EBE is, therefore, a personal initiative intensity commitment (PIIC)-based ACTIVEclass Program that expects its Participants to take full responsibility for their Learning, Knowing, Doing, and Acquiring (LKDA) Outcomes relating to acquiring their entrepreneurial SEEK through activity-based Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD).
Already-in-Business and Prospective Future Entrepreneurs enrolled in this intensive and practical ACTIVEclassTM Entrepreneurship Program are encouraged and empowered to use their creative capabilities and abilities to create and contribute to the entrepreneurial SEEKTM they want and seek to acquire through active engagement Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based approach. The EBE Program is therefore designed to prepare, empower and encourage its Participants and Alumni to pursue the path of being job and wealth creators rather than job seekers.
There are no entry requirements on the EBEProgram, except that one is expected to have a burning desire and the determination to become an Entrepreneur and is willing to embrace the entrepreneurial mindset to put in the required efforts to be the Founder or Co-Founder of a Business Enterprise or Corporation. One is also expected to adopt the personal initiative intensity commitment (PIICTM) active engagement Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based (LKDA) Outcome approach to Learn, Do, Know, and Acquire the requisite entrepreneurial SEEK to set-up, manage, build and grow their Business in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRE).
Those with some entrepreneurial or business background or qualifications and those with some prior entrepreneurial or business work experience in any of the fields of Business who aspire to become Entrepreneurs running the Business they Founded or Co-Founded may have some headstart on the EBEProgram.
Those without entrepreneurial or business backgrounds or qualifications and others without prior entrepreneurial or business work experience can still catch up on their entrepreneurial SEEK without difficulty on the EBEProgram and become successful Entrepreneurs. The expectation is that what they lack on the entrepreneurial business background qualification or work experience side can be picked up easily on their Entrepreneurship Journey and beyond.

The Business world is littered with Business Founders running Businesses employing knowledgeable and experienced staff with the extensive business and technical expertise needed for running the Business without themselves having some practical entrepreneurial or business background to start with. So, we have you covered if you belong to this category of those who want to be successful Entrepreneurs in the 4IR Economy without entrepreneurial background or work experience.

By all means, Join Us and succeed on the EBEProgram.
Duration of the Program:

16 Weeks (Intensive Self-Pace Study)

This Program is made up of a number of Program Engagement Sessions (PESs). Each PES comprising a number of designated Units of Study (USETM) has an expected duration equivalent to a one-week session on the Program. Some Participants on the Program may spend less than a week and others more than a week during a given PES.

Method of Delivery:

Intensive Online ACTIVEclassTM Activity-Based Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD).
