The SeEP Program is a unique ACTIVEclassTM compliant practical, experience-based Serial Entrepreneurship NPQTM Program based on the principle of impacting entrepreneurial SEEKTM (skills, expertise, experience, and know-how) through active engagement and practice.
A Serial Entrepreneur is someone who starts multiple businesses. They are entrepreneurs who start new businesses one after the other and can repeatedly turn creative ideas into successful businesses. Serial Entrepreneurs may set up, build, sell, or step back from one business before starting another, or they may set up and run multiple businesses simultaneously, delegating leadership roles to other people. For example, a serial entrepreneur might start a business venture, build and grow that business for a few years, then sell it and start a new business because they had another great viable business idea. Serial entrepreneurs are people who can repeatedly turn creative ideas into successful businesses.
This NPQTM Program is designed to provide intensive entrepreneurial immersion training in Serial Entrepreneurship SEEKTM development for the next generation of Serial Entrepreneurs setting up and building their Business Enterprises in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRETM).
As an NPQTM program, the SeEP is not a paper qualification (certificate/diploma) based program where participants work towards getting a paper qualification at the end of the Program through taking and passing required course assignments, tests, or exams and getting grades for them. Your qualification on the SeEP is Your Startup Businesses.
The expectation is that the Serial Entrepreneurs would have conceived the idea for some of their Startup Businesses before enrolling on the SeEP Program and may have either gone ahead to set up one or two of these Businesses prior to joining the Program or have the intention to set up one during the Program or after completing the Program.
