The SoEP Program is a unique ACTIVEclassTM compliant practical, experience-based Social Entrepreneurship NPQTM Program based on the principle of impacting entrepreneurial SEEKTM (skills, expertise, experience, and know-how) through active engagement and practice.
Social entrepreneurship is the development of a business around a social or environmental mission or issues and can include for-profit businesses as well as nonprofit organizations.
A Social Entrepreneur is a businessperson who uses their business skills to solve social, environmental, or economic problems and adhere to their strict code of ethics across their business enterprises.
This NPQTM Program is designed to provide intensive entrepreneurial immersion training in Social Entrepreneurship SEEKTM development for the next generation of Social Entrepreneurs setting up and building their Business Enterprise in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRETM).
As an NPQTM program, the SoEP is not a paper qualification (certificate/diploma) based program where participants work towards getting a paper qualification at the end of the Program through taking and passing required course assignments, tests, or exams and getting grades for them. Your qualification on the SoEP Program is Your Social Business Enterprise Startup which one is expected to establish before enrolling on the SoEP or start-up during or after completing the Program

The SoEP Program is targeted at Prospective Social Entrepreneurs yet to commence Business and aspiring to start their Startup Business as a Founder or Co-Founder and get into Business.
The LKDATM– Outcome ACTIVEclassTM Mode of Program Delivery
There are no entry requirements on the SoEPProgram, except that one is expected to have a burning desire and the determination to become an Entrepreneur and is willing to embrace the entrepreneurial mindset to put in the required efforts to be the Founder or Co-Founder of a Social Business Enterprise or Corporation. One is also expected to adopt the personal initiative intensity commitment (PIICTM) active engagement Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) activity-based (LKDATM) Outcome approach to Learn, Do, Know, and Acquire the requisite entrepreneurial SEEKTM to set-up, manage, build and grow their Business in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Economy (FIRETM).
Those with some entrepreneurial or business background or qualifications and those with some prior entrepreneurial or business work experience in any of the fields of Business who aspire to become Social Entrepreneurs running the Business they Founded or Co-Founded may have some headstart on the SoEP Program.
Those without entrepreneurial or business backgrounds or qualifications and others without prior entrepreneurial or business work experience can still catch up on their entrepreneurial SEEKTM without difficulty on the SoEP Program and become successful Social Entrepreneurs. The expectation is that what they lack on the entrepreneurial business background qualification or work experience side can be picked up easily on their SoEP Entrepreneurship Journey and beyond.
The Business world is littered with Business Founders running Businesses employing knowledgeable and experienced staff with the extensive business and technical expertise needed for running the Business without themselves having some practical entrepreneurial or business background to start with.

16 Weeks (Intensive Self-Pace Study)
This Program is made up of a number of Program Engagement Sessions (PESs). Each PES comprising a number of designated Units of Study (USETM) has an expected duration equivalent to a one-week session on the Program. Some Participants on the Program may spend less than a week and others more than a week during a given PES.
Intensive Online ACTIVEclassTM Activity-Based Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD).
Participants on iCSEP are expected during each PES to undertake and complete specific ACTIVEclassTM active-engagement Learning-by-Involvement (LbI) and Knowing-by-Doing (KbD) LKDATM – Outcome practical entrepreneurship actions, activities, and tasks (AATs) for acquiring specific entrepreneurial SEEKTM. Participants are expected to complete the ACTIVEclassTM LDKATM-Outcome AATs corresponding to each of the Units of Study (USETM) designated for a given PES before moving on to the next PES.
The FoBAs of the SoEP Program identifies the Business products, systems, or services that Social Entrepreneurs are expected to be engaged in as the focus area of their Social Business Enterprise.
